There are so many people that want to occupy the very seats of authority they aren’t qualified for. Those same people are self motivated and driven by accolades and acknowledgments. They need the praise and noteriety to feed their insecure needs which fuels their faux sense of power and relentless ambition. I can point them out in any room, long story short.. they bore me. Seems harsh but when it’s all said and done the mark of a true leader is one that doesn’t even know that they can lead. Most great leaders don’t even want the responsibility and they shy away from the spotlight every single time. They are keenly aware of who they are but often times are so uncomfortable within themselves that they feel almost inadequate when sharing wisdom.
